I've been a fan of Final Fantasy for quite a while now, and i either go to TheOtaku or here to "catch" nice art and save them for my own entertainment.
Although, your title caught me by surprise, Final Fantasy XII-2? My first thought was "Can't they just wait until the game release?" only because people will not have something to compare it too(I can only assume her appearance will change with the new game)
I think it was done well, although when i really look at it, it seems your technique is guiding people to the center, which is clever..the way you left the sides of her head not as defined as the middle, i am speaking of the hair of course. Because as i examined it my vision followed that pattern, forcing me to look at the best part: the eyes, the lips and her face as a whole.
In the end, the Technique was clever, the Vision of it draws us in to the best parts, although if it was ME, i would have done the entire thing with the detail you put between her chin and forehead.

PS: I didn't touch on it because duststorm10 did it so well but..contrast! Some of my favorite pictures are black and white.
But what's a critique without leaving areas for improvement? The first thing I can tell you--as a great artist told me many years ago--is to not be afraid to add contrast! What makes realism look even more real is to make the darkest part of the piece almost black, and the lightest part almost white (for the most part, there are always exceptions). Capturing the unlimited number of shades between black and white and scattering them throughout the piece really brings a pencil portrait to life. The hair at the right side of the drawing is weakly shaded, almost rushed. A few dark strands here and there would add more depth.
On the subject of her hair, it really dominates this piece, along with her eyes and lips. The latter two were contrasted with skill, but BECAUSE they were done so well, the hair looks flat. You seem to have drawn in the shine pretty well, but the parts that have no glare can use a few dark and light strands here and there, especially by the roots at the top of her head.
